What can I upload?
Photos, screenshots and PDFs. Bills, invoices, insurance policies, warranties, passports, driver’s licenses, contracts, subscription confirmations, memberships, registrations — anything with a date or a payment on it.
How does NeverMiss know when something expires?
It reads the document and pulls out the dates, the amount and the company. You see everything it found before anything is saved.
Can I edit what NeverMiss finds?
Always. Every field is editable before you save and any time after. When we’re not sure about something, we mark it and ask you to confirm rather than guessing.
Are my documents private?
Yes. Files are stored privately, are only reachable through short-lived links issued to you, and are never used for marketing or shared with anyone. You can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time.
How do reminders work?
Pick when you want to hear about it — 30 days before, 7 days, the day before, or any combination. Reminders arrive by email and, if you switch them on, as a notification on your phone.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you chose — $4.99 for Personal, $9.99 for Business, or $69.99 for Business Yearly — and then once a month (or once a year on the yearly plan) after that. Every charge is confirmed by email with a receipt, and you can cancel with two clicks at any time before it.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Only two things: how many documents we read for you each month (15 on Personal, 100 on Business) and how much you can store (1 GB against 5 GB). Business Yearly is the Business plan exactly, paid once a year at $69.99 instead of $9.99 a month. Every other feature is in all three, and you can switch plans whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel later and you keep full access until the period you already paid for ends.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
They stay yours. You can export everything, and you can permanently delete your documents and account whenever you want.
