What people ask most

How do I add something?: Tap the + button and upload a photo or a PDF of the document. We read the date, the amount and whose it is off it, and you just check it before saving. If you do not have the file at hand, you can type it in instead.
When do you tell me?: Whenever you say. By default 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before, at 9 in the morning your time. Change it in Settings → Notifications, and any single thing can have its own reminders.
What if the reminder never arrives?: Check your spam folder first and mark our email as not spam. If you use phone notifications, make sure they are not blocked for NeverMiss in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?: Settings → Data and privacy → Delete my account. Everything goes: your documents, your dates and your reminders. No copy is kept and it cannot be undone.
Who can see my documents?: You. Files are stored privately and have no public address. To read the date off one we send it to Anthropic, who do not train on it; it is named in the privacy policy.
